First, open a canvas and fill it with any colour you desire using the paintbucket tool. This is my colour: ![]() Now, you want to add noise to this image. To do so, visit the Adjust tab and click, "Add/Remove Noise-> Add Noise.." Fix your settings so that they will match mine, here. Now that that's done, your image should resemble mine below: ![]() Time for the fun part. Hover your pointer to the Adjust tab and once again, you have to click the Add/Remove Noise option.
